In this case, the Operator stops processing the personal data of the Subject and destroys them within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the application by the Operator. In accordance with Article 21, Part 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", the Operator does not stop processing the personal data of the Subject and does not destroy them in the following cases: otherwise, it is provided for in the contract to which the Subject is a party, beneficiary or guarantor.; otherwise provided by the agreement between the Operator and the Subject; The Operator has the right to process personal data without the consent of the Subject on the grounds provided for by federal laws; the terms for processing personal data of the Subject established by federal laws of the Russian Federation and other regulatory acts have not expired.
